Ballast Nedam Offshore is part of Ballast Nedam Renewables, and is involved in development, design and realisation. Offshore focuses on the EPC(I) of offshore wind foundations and balance of plant. Our strength consists of expertise, an impressive track record added by a superb passion for offshore/marine contracting and a down to earth environment. As Tender Manager you will be responsible for managing the full tender towards our customer and tender team. You are able to bring innovative ideas to the table to beat our competitors. You inspire your collegues with your strong drive and you are able to create a winning team! As Tender manager Offshore, you will organise and manage all aspects of the tender process for one or more contracts within the Offshore Wind business.

Your responsibilities in short:
• Formulating the strategy to win;
• Organising and managing project-based and content-based tender processes;
• Organising the follow-up and hand-over of successful tenders;
• Evaluation of tender processes.


Candidates Profile

We are looking for practical person, modern with an analytical and customer mindset, that is experienced in the Offshore wind or Maritime sector and has three to five years of relevant tender experience.
√ You have a bachelor‘s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or civil;
√ Besides your experience in offshore (wind), you have an adequate network for suppliers and subcontractors;
√ You have knowledge of contracts (FIDIC) and experience in risk management;
√ You are objective, result minded, bring lots of energy and have a problem solving attitude;
√ You have outstanding communicative and social skills and a good command of the English language;
√ You’ve got what it takes to bring Ballast Nedam Offshore back to a strong position in Offshore wind;
